the leagues
the world hasn't met yet.
HELIOS is the international media and merchandise rights holder for the Uganda Baseball and Softball Association. Drop 01 starts with the 2026 season which runs through four regional tournaments, finishes under the lights at Gayaza.
Most of the world's best baseball isn't on TV.
Twelve clubs play across Uganda — Kampala, Arua, Lira, Gayaza, and beyond. Several of their players are already on the radar of pro organizations. Their kits don't exist outside the country yet. Their games aren't streamed. Their crests aren't on a hat in Brooklyn.
That's what HELIOS is for. We're the official international home for UBASA merchandise and media — bringing the league to a global audience through broadcasts, episodic content, and a merchandise line built club by club.
Drop 01 — Uganda
Twelve clubs. Twelve identities.
Each crest carries its own city, its own story, its own kit. The roster, in alphabetical order — full club identities go up as kits are approved.
From the Field
The first stories on the way.
Drop 01's editorial beat opens with the season itself — the season now underway at Gayaza, the Cameroon friendlies recap, and the road to the national championship in October.
International · Friendlies
Cameroon Came to Gayaza
Two international friendlies are in the books — Cameroon vs. Gayaza BC and Cameroon vs. Panyadoli Self Help, played July 21 at Gayaza. The recap drops with our first episode.

Four Tournaments, One Championship
A government-wide sports league re-registration has reshaped the 2026 calendar. Instead of a full home-and-away season, UBASA is running four regional tournaments — three Central winners and one Northern winner advance to the playoffs. Smarter travel, sharper competition.
